Student Success Stories

For the month of January, I wanted to celebrate the completion of the Class Aquarium Project. Hunter, Valhalla, Addison and Anna worked hard to complete this beautiful virtual aquarium for our class.

This project was challenging for two reasons… First, it pushed the students outside of their comfort zone by working in groups of 4. Each student had a specific part of the project that they were responsible for – and the group members had to help hold each other accountable. Secondly, this specific project had multiple moving parts – calculating the budget, as well as convincing the class.

This group did an amazing job, and even included some geometric shapes in their aquarium rocks – talk about creative! I am super proud of their efforts, and can’t wait to see their creativity shine through on the next project!
